Pal Dunay is the Interim Director of the OSCE Academy and has led the institution multiple times. He has taught the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, and the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. His experience includes roles as a legal advisor in international arms control negotiations and leadership positions in Hungarian foreign policy institutions.

LÁSZLÓ VÁRKONYI
Founder
A diplomat by profession. Spent 40 years in the Hungarian diplomatic service. Served as the Hungarian Ambassador in several Asian countries and was State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before retiring. Worked as Programme Director in the International Centre for Democratic Transition for several years. Currently the Head of the Business and Diplomacy Programme in the International Business School in Budapest.

Károly Banai is a Hungarian national and Swiss resident with an MSc in Economics, specializing in International Relations, and over 20 years of experience in the Hungarian Foreign Service. He has held key diplomatic roles, including Ambassador to the EU and UN, Deputy Chief of Mission to NATO, and foreign policy advisor to Hungarian Prime Ministers, focusing on multilateral diplomacy, security, and disarmament. Since 2011, he has worked in leadership roles in the energy sector and is currently the Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs at a Swiss energy trading company.
